Cartography
Jobs of the future

our profession

We are an exploration studio specialized in mapping the jobs of the future, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.

Our mission is to identify key sectors for the future, ranging from industry to biodiversity to technology and culture, based on an in-depth analysis of reports from the OECD, WTO, WHO and United Nations Economic Reports, as well as government roadmaps of the countries concerned. We then engage in field exploration in order to map the 100 most relevant impact projects in these sectors, and in collaboration with the needs of our partners. Finally, thanks to qualitative interviews conducted by our research consultants, we assess the internal changes in these sectors and identify new skills and emerging job profiles.

our methodology

We explore projects with a positive impact and conduct qualitative interviews by sector of activity.

Our working method is based on a rigorous three-step process. First, we conduct an in-depth analysis of data from a variety of sources, such as international reports and government policies, in order to identify trends and opportunities in priority sectors. Then, we head out into the field for immersive exploration, where we gather first-hand data on projects with significant impact. Finally, we use a qualitative approach based on in-depth interviews with experts in the field to analyze and interpret the data collected, allowing us to produce in-depth analyses and quality deliverables.

our deliverables

We provide our customers with customized analysis books and roadmaps, based on data collected in the field.

Our deliverables are designed to provide our customers with valuable tools for their strategic development. Based on the data collected during our field exploration and qualitative interviews with local experts or from our network, we produce detailed analysis books. These analysis books are designed as compasses, offering our clients a clear vision of emerging trends, opportunities and challenges in the sectors of their choice. In addition to analyses, we also offer personalized roadmaps, adapted to the specific needs of each client. These deliverables, produced over periods of 3 to 12 months depending on the complexity of the project, are treated with the greatest confidentiality and given to our customers in the form of logotyped models according to their graphic charter, allowing them to use them freely according to their needs and objectives.

our conviction

We seek to anticipate the metamorphoses of all sectors by focusing on the arrival of new professions.

Each new profession created contributes to the emergence of future imaginations. We firmly believe that it is necessary for every organization to understand and anticipate future changes, especially in a context where 85% of tomorrow's jobs have yet to be invented. Aligned with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and the imperatives of the 2030 Agenda, we are also committed to playing our part in achieving this shared vision. We map rapidly evolving sectors with an emphasis on the skills and jobs of the future in order to offer our customers the tools they need to transform their activities and stay ahead of the curve. Our first partnership with the European Commission in 2015, where we collaborated on a map of 2500 impact projects in 45 cities and 20 countries, allowed us to consolidate our own positioning on a global scale and to expand our team, which is now composed of research consultants and specialists in the new economy. Today, it is with multiple actors, public and private, that we are setting out to discover future scenarios.
